Quality and Registry Team
The Registry Coordinator will sit within our Quality and Registry team, which is the University's administration hub for our students. It is responsible for a wide range of functions, from governance through to student administration, marking, and assessment. The team is also responsible for processing all results and grades for students and producing all certificates that are awarded at the graduation ceremony.
The Role – Registry Coordinator
Reporting to a Registry Team Leader, we are looking for a Registry Coordinator to join our highly skilled and supportive Registry team. The Registry Coordinator will be part of a dynamic, empowered team, responsible for the accurate maintenance of the student record system holding all assessment results.
You will actively contribute and coordinate the marking of multiple assessment periods, which will involve detailed, careful planning of the assessment marking period. You will support the delivery of our new student record system (SITS) and our new online assessment software, working as part of a university-wide implementation group. There are many exciting developments at Arden, and we encourage all staff to get involved and experience being part of project teams and to have a voice in what the future of Arden’s registry team will look like.

* Experience working in a fast-paced, administrative environment
* Strong team player who is able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
* Results-driven and experienced in providing a high level of administrative support
* Excellent planning and organisational skills
* Strong attention to detail
