This opportunity is a 12 month fixed term appointment to work for a UK wide construction business seeking a HR professional to join the team and lead from an operational people perspective.
The role will work closely with key stakeholders from across the organisation and report directly into the MD. You will lead the people lead on all daily HR operations and you will guide the senior advisor with any complex work and employee relations issues.
The role will continue the good work of the HR Manager in post and provide the sound support and advice when requires to the wider business.
