We are recruiting a Senior Chef de Partie to work at a prestigious private members club in St Andrews
The private members club is only open for service Monday to Friday until 5 pm with hours outside of these times only being open for banqueting and private functions
Fantastic Food – The Menu changes monthly alongside private dining and events which you would have input into
No Manic Services – The club is only open for dining for lunch where you will be working from a monthly changing 3 – 3 – 3 menu serving around 20 – 30 covers a service
No Running Around – The kitchen team is currently fully staffed (minus 1 which we are recruiting for) so there will be no chasing your tail due to being short staffed
No Silly Hours – With a full kitchen staff, very little evenings or weekends and a strong HR department 37.5 hours means 37.5 hours
This role would suit a chef with a hotel background with knowledge of fine dining due to the nature of the food and ideally confident enough to run an occasional banqueting service
The club have specifically requested a chef with a relaxed working style and stress the importance of a work life balance.
