Your responsibilities will include: Leading the core services for Dstl. Developing and implementing strategies for the long-term development and maintenance of Central Services. Integrating a variety of technical services under the Operations umbrella to provide a safe and secure suite of high hazard services to support Dstls delivery. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will contribute to, and potentially lead, pan Dstl Operations initiatives and wider Dstl activities. Job description In this role you will: Act as the senior owner of a customer centric centralised catalogue of services, using a single front door approach for the provision of these services. Work closely with Head of Operations Delivery and other senior leaders you will ensure the demand for centralised services is visible and effectively prioritised. Sifting will take place on Thursday 6th February, the panel will be assessing leadership experience along with service delivery, external stakeholder and negotiating experience from your submitted CV, Personal Statement and Leadership Behavioural Statement. Candidates who are invited to interview will be required to complete a leadership assessment (expected to take place on/or 13th, 14th, 17th, 18th, 19th February) involving psychometrics and a leadership behaviours interview with an external partner.
