What you will do:
* Manage and develop a large team or smaller sub-teams of professional and para-professional staff.
* Set clear objectives and targets for staff, ensuring alignment with overall service goals.

Knowledge / Skills / Experience required:
* Degree in a relevant subject or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
* Strong understanding of service area practices, policies, and procedures.
* In-depth knowledge of relevant legislation and best practices.
* Proven leadership in staff management, coaching, and development.
* Experience managing budgets and resources.
* Strong planning, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.
* Effective negotiation and influence to achieve outcomes.
