Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons in accordance with the curriculum, ensuring the academic progress of all students.
2. Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes positive behaviour and values diversity.
3. Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessments and provide timely feedback to students and parents/guardians.
4. Have confidence managing children's behaviour during the school day and supporting their learning and participation in class
