Davies Crane Hire Ltd are currently recruiting a Finance Assistnat to work out of the Carmarthen Depot. The Role: Producing sales ledger invoices / credit notes Processing sale payments through the bank Dealing with customer queries / Liaising with customers Setting up new customer accounts and ensuring credit limits are up to date Producing and sending customer statements Working closely with Hire Desk Controllers on a day to day basis Providing assistance to Purchase Ledger activities when required Adhering to tight month end deadlines Credit Control The Candidate: Team-player with excellent interpersonal skills. Administration experience with excellent attention to detail. Able to plan, organise and manage own workload to ensure your contribution to the company’s monthly financial reporting process is achieved in a timely and accurate manner. Essential Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Desired Skills but not Essential as Full Training will be provided: Previous Experience of Accountancy Software AAT Training avaiable for the right candidate.
