About the Role
As a Graduate Surveyor, you'll be working closely with experienced professionals to gain exposure to all aspects of surveying. From site visits and measurement surveys to contract administration and project planning, your days will be varied and full of learning opportunities. This isnt a role where youll be stuck behind a desk all dayyoull be out in the field, working on real projects, seeing tangible results, and gaining the experience that sets you apart in the industry.

Working Hours
* Monday Friday
* 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Key Duties
* Assisting in the measurement and quantification of Materials for construction projects.
* Assisting in the preparation of detailed bills of quantities for tending purposes.
* Liaising with sites to ensure technical information is passed on and understood.
* Assisting in the procurement of Materials, including the preparation of tender documentation and assessment of tenders.
* Liaising with contractors and suppliers to obtain quotes.
* Assisting in the preparation of cost estimates and budgets.
* Ensuring that all materials/services are accurately accounted for and properly documented.

* Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail
* Confident communication skills and the ability to work in a team
* A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and take on responsibility
* A valid UK driving licence is beneficial but not essential
