The Senior Proposition Manager is responsible for developing, managing and optimising our core value propositions (product and service offerings) to meet our evolving customer needs, industry challenges, drive engagement and deliver business growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the creation, vision and end to end management of customer-first propositions (products & services) – both existing and new
2. Ensure that all proposition activities align with the broader business objectives and strategic plan including revenue, profitability and customer satisfaction
3. Drive the pricing, positioning, messaging and go-to-market plans for all propositions, tailored to our customer segments, and known by our internal teams
4. Be proactive in proposing, through commercials, where we need to shift our current proposition & be more innovative in order to take advantage of gaps/needs in the market.
5. Overseeing the analysis and reporting of performance metrics related to the proposition portfolio and their impact on the customer experience and our business objectives
6. Monitor and assess proposition performance through KPIs and other metrics, and act upon this to adjust strategy and approach
7. Gather market research to identify and monitor industry trends, the competitive landscape and partnerships to highlight opportunities to shape/reshape propositions - ensuring LKQ stays relevant and can deliver on its brilliance and difference.
8. Act as a voice of the customer. Gather customer insight to understand customer needs/wants/painpoints with the ability to use such intelligence to validate, build or develop our offerings.
9. Work cross functionally to build strong relationships, across all parts of the business in order to influence and deliver the right proposition to the right customer segment (product, pricing, legal, sales, operations etc)
10. Collaborate with marketing and communications teams on launch campaigns, content builds, promotional activities and other associated materials
Skills and Experience
1. 5+ years of experience in a business, marketing, strategy or similar field
2. Strategic thinking competencies with the ability to develop short- & long-term strategies and turn them into actionable plans
3. Ability to analyse market trends, customer data, and set KPIs and other business metrics to shape and optimise propositions
4. High level of influencing skills and capable of working with cross-functional teams
5. Track record of executing plans, end to end, that meet business and customer needs
6. Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and digital – to engage stakeholders and clearly convey plans
7. Industry knowledge is desired, but not essential
8. Strong organisation skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects
9. A degree in business, marketing, strategy or a related field is a plus, but not essential
