Role Overview
The ‘Resourcing Advisor –Security’ will ensure that we can attract talented candidates into vacancies on various security contracts. You will be responsible for working together with the hiring managers to understand their vacancy requirements and provide consultation on how to manage an effective recruitment process. The level of support that you provide will vary based on the job type however this will include resourcing advice & training for hiring managers and also hands-on support with resourcing activities such as: CV screening / shortlisting / interview scheduling / offer management / negotiation etc.
There will be a key focus on reducing agency spend across the contract therefore you will need to ensure that hiring managers are following the correct agency booking processes and that you are working together with the hiring managers to avoid / reduce agency spend wherever possible.
Requirements
1. Work together with the Resourcing Manager to deliver the divisional talent attraction strategy
2. Source candidates on LinkedIn and Job boards.
3. CV shortlisting & distribution.
4. Interview scheduling and support.
5. Attending job events.
6. Create partnerships with social value employment partners and work together on effective resourcing plans to support the local communities near our client contracts.
7. Work together with hiring managers to identify existing resourcing challenges and opportunities.
8. Attend careers events, as and when required by the business.
9. Build relationships with recruitment agency suppliers and ensure that we have clear guidance / processes in place for how we engage with suppliers and what suppliers we engage with.
10. Support hiring managers with premium advertising campaigns to increase vacancy application numbers where appropriate.
11. Support with the design, implementation and roll out of a new ‘Application Tracking System’ and ‘Vendor Management System’ across the UK group.
12. Drives culture change / change management initiatives
13. Manages the talent pipeline together with the Resourcing Manager (including internal moves and external hires, as required).
14. Plan, and carry out duties in a resource effective way, recognising the shared responsibility of minimising negative environmental impacts wherever possible.
Skills and Experience
15. Resourcing experience, ideally within security or a similar field
16. Excellent knowledge of resourcing practices, including but not limited to: talent attraction, offer negotiation and managing high volume resourcing campaigns
17. Excellent networking and influencing skills.
18. Ability to business partner across different central support departments and actively manage competing stakeholder priorities.
19. Excellent relationship management and interpersonal skills
20. Ability to present information, credibly, confidently and succinctly at various levels both internally and externally.
21. Knowledge of service delivery with both internal and external customers.
22. Excellent knowledge of how to inspire resourcing performance in multi-site operations.
23. Microsoft office proficiency and knowledge of other internal IT systems
24. Ability to work under pressure and meet business deadlines.

About You:
42. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK

45. Experience in a similar role advantageous such as business admin support or Resourcing admin.
46. Strong IT skills including MS Office 365 skills, particularly
47. Experience using ATS software would be an advantage, although not essential.
48. Strong analytical and administrative skills.
49. Be able to interpret managers expectations into clearly defined actions.
50. Experience reporting from different data sources.
51. Regular travel required to OCS offices at least 3 days per week and client sites required with some flexible home working available.
52. Full clean driving license is required.
53. Work may be required out of core hours as necessary to fulfil the requirements of this role
