The position, reporting to the Head of Talent Management for Europe, is designed to support the HR team in the delivery of key HR tasks.

What You'll Do:
1. Administer key HR processes such as purchase orders, invoicing, Workday learning, tracking learning hours, administering training programmes, and onboarding new vendors.
2. Track the delivery of talent and performance management processes.
3. Support in the delivery of HR OKRs and collate key HR data to inform HR insights and strategies.
4. Facilitate learning programmes as required.
5. Participate in Talent projects.
6. Get involved in HR/employee relations activities, e.g., note-taking in formal employee relations meetings.
What Experience You Need:
1. Strong focus on achieving goals.
2. Exceptional interpersonal, service, and communication skills, with the ability to quickly establish rapport.
3. Some experience of working in HR is ideal but not essential.
4. Possess a good understanding of current employment law and HR best practices.
5. Strong IT skills and experience in maintaining digital records.
6. Experience in managing and interpreting data.
