Job Responsibilities
The SEN Tutor will be responsible for providing tailored support and guidance to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This includes:
1. Developing individualised learning plans
2. Delivering lessons
3. Monitoring progress
4. Adapting teaching methods to suit the needs of each student
Qualifications
Necessary qualifications include:
1. A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field
2. A relevant teaching qualification and experience working with students with SEN
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching students with SEN
4. Postgraduate qualification in Special Education Needs or relevant field (preferred)
Skills
Demonstrated skills include:
1. Understanding of various learning styles and SEN support techniques
2. Strong communication skills
3. Patience and the ability to build rapport with students

The role involves working part-time hours on a temporary basis, primarily in an educational setting, collaborating with other professionals to support students with SEN.
