About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our team at Equals One Ltd.
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, providing maternity cover for the role.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer focus, and the ability to work independently in a hybrid working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality customer service to clients
* Maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
* Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to clients
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
* Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
