* Diary management, meeting bookings, and schedule coordination.
* Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and document organization.
* Communication Management:
* Answering phone calls professionally, taking accurate messages, and managing inquiries.
* Ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
* Technical Proficiency:
* Utilizing tools such as Google Suite and QuickBooks for document creation, data management, and financial tasks.
* Office Coordination:
* Assisting with general office management to maintain a productive environment.
