Our service user is a joyful young man with a fantastic sense of humour who seeks like-minded individuals to join his team. He is exceptionally bright, enjoys going to school, and engaging with those around him.
Weekends are dedicated to engaging in a variety of activities, such as visiting the park, going to the cinema, and participating in local social events, which you will support him to access. Your role is to provide essential care both day and night, remain attentive, and oversee our service user's needs, as well as managing his clinical interventions.
We are specifically seeking candidates who have experience in children's complex care.

A minimum of three-day shifts per week is essential during the training period. Shadowing may take up to 6 weeks.
Main duties of the job
Pay Rates:
* During your shadowing period, your hourly rate will be £11.50.
* This will increase to between £15.50 and £18.00 per hour upon successful completion of the training program and after being signed off as competent in all clinical tasks.
Shifts Available:
* Full Time & Part Time, Days & Nights 2-3 shifts per week
* 7:30am - 8pm & 3:45pm - 7:45pm
* 7:45pm - 8am
* Weekend availability is needed for this position.

Job responsibilities
The role of a Healthcare Assistant (HCA) is to work without direct supervision in the home of the service user, providing care and support including personal, social, and domestic support while adhering to the service user's individual care and support plan.
The aim of the position is to enable service users to remain safely in their own home with as much independence as possible.
Alongside providing care and support in a professional, discreet, and caring manner, always ensuring the service user's right to privacy and dignity is maintained.
