Customer Success Consultant
Up to £35.000 + bonus + bens
Hertfordshire (initially 4 days a week, post probation 3 days a week)
I’ve partnered with a super exciting SaaS scaleup seeking an ambitious, articulate, and organized individual to join their team as a Customer Success Consultant.
In this role, you'll manage client partnerships and serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
* Onboard new customers and guide them through their journey.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer contacts.
* Provide ongoing account support, from training to contract renewal.
* Develop and maintain client-specific resources and materials.
* Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer information.
* Ensure customers maximize the value of the platform and inform them of new features.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Prior experience in a customer-facing role managing or supporting customer relationships.
* Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
* Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and a process-oriented mindset.
Desirable but not essential:
* Experience using CRM platforms.
* Understanding of HR-Tech
Preferred Qualifications:
* University degree (2:2 or above).
