Essential requirements.
A valid driver’s license with own reliable vehicle (essential)
A self-motivated individual who has the ability to deal with pressure
Ambitious and will persevere to achieve positive results.
Analytical-minded and a problem solver.
Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record.
Computer literate (MS Office)
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
A confident and friendly individual with a positive attitude.
Previous sales experience within the Recruitment would be advantageous
Roles and responsibilities.
Working to weekly and monthly targets
Continuously identify opportunities through research and cold calling
Report on market trends and opposition activity
Prepare and deliver proposals in conjunction with the management team
Accurately assess clients’ needs and present Company solutions to adequately match those needs
Preparing and delivering client quotations
Regular updates of company CRM
Deliver excellent customer service
Maintain the values of the organisation
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with prospective and existing clients
Ensure that completed daily weekly and/or monthly reports are submitted to the management team
Preferred candidate should have general sales background, and target market will be Construction/Industrial/Technical.
