Personal Assistant to Head of School
Fixed Term Contract – 9 to 12 months (covering maternity leave)
Based on site, in Liverpool
Term Time Hours
Salary up to £27,600 - £31,600
Medlock Partners are supporting a well-respected school that is the at heart of the local community, who are looking for an experienced personal assistant to assist with supporting the Head and governing body with diary management, meetings arrangements, and comprehensive administration tasks. The successful person will have a strong personal assistant background with exceptional organisation and attention to details skills.
Key responsibilities of the Personal Assistant:
* Telephone, post and email screening of internal and external contact
* Organisation of meetings, agendas and minutes
* Management of diaries and bookings, including travel and wider personal commitments
* Coordination of school-wide key diary dates
* Record management (organisation of drives, folders, files and archives)
* Support Governing body & Head with all aspects of administration, reporting and inspections
* Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal procedures
Key requirements for the Personal Assistant:
* Previous PA experience – ideally within an educational setting
* Must be highly organised
* Proven ability to manage several ongoing projects simultaneously
* Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels within the companies.
* A high level of attention to detail while working under pressure to meet tight deadlines
* Strong analytical, IT and data manipulation skills
* Highly literate with the ability to proof read text and numerical mistakes
