What you'll do As a Senior Conceptual Designer at Sainsbury's Marketing & Loyalty division, you will play a vital role in developing innovative and visually compelling design concepts that align with the brand identities of Sainsbury's, Tu, Habitat, Argos, and Nectar. In this dynamic position, you will guide and implement visual design language across fully integrated channels, including brand, print, and digital projects. As a key contributor to the Design team, you will bring a thorough knowledge of communications design, showcasing your ability to work at both a conceptual and executional level across multiple platforms. You will originate and execute designs and layouts, activating the design concepts of other agencies when required. Staying up to date with industry trends and maintaining a passion for mentoring and leading a team of talented designers, you will contribute to the growth and maintenance of Sainsbury's design vision and quality of output.
