This role is ideal for someone with exceptional verbal and written communication skills, who can engage effectively with both existing and potential customers. Key Duties: Conduct a high volume of outbound calls to potential leads provided by the company. Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers. Accurately convey information about the companies products and services. Maintain detailed records of interactions and update the CRM system accordingly. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads. Achieve and exceed targets for outbound calls, conversations held, and conversion rates. Participate in regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques. Record all information in the company’s CRM, ensuring all correspondence is documented thoroughly. Approach leads with enthusiasm and engage in conversations to encourage conversion. Maintain out-of-hours phone service for emergency kit dispatches on a rotational basis with other sales team members. Continuously strive for improvement and excellence through day-to-day feedback and scheduled review meetings. Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times.
