Job title: BU Marketing Manager GB, Ireland & ROW Safe Storage (Maternity Cover 12 month FTC) Hours: 8.15am - 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.30am - 4pm Fridays. Type:Hybrid role 3 days a week in the Portadown office and 2 days at home. About the role The Business Unit (BU) Marketing Manager will be instrumental in managing the strategic direction and growth of the storage tanks, tank monitoring product portfolios, and the expanding custom moulding service across the UK, Ireland and Rest of World regions. The role will focus on advancing IoT-enabled product solutions, aligning with the companys growth strategy, and driving innovation to enhance customer engagement. The successful candidate will also contribute to the development of connected products and ensure marketing strategies support the continued growth of these product lines in the regions. Influence marketing strategic directionand collaborate with commercial, technical and marketing team to execute and deliver the agreed product and brand Marketing strategy. Design and develop modern methods of communicationwhich target customers in the purchasing cycle, from the research stage to sales transaction, leading to customer retention and loyalty. Develop new online channels to engage with current and prospective customers Manage touchpoints and content throughout the customer cycle, including brand awareness, triggering purchase decisions and conversion. Ensure all offline and online communications are aligned with our compliance policy and Marketing Integrity Manual. Key Responsibilities IoT Projects: Contribute to the integration and advancement of IoT-enabled product solutions, ensuring alignment with the companys growth strategy. Facilitate the development of innovative, connected products that enhance customer experience, drive engagement, and deliver value to the customer. Digital Communication Strategy: Design and develop modern methods of digital communication which target customers to generate enquiries, leads and ultimately drive a 10-15% YOY increase in sales. Strategy & Planning: Support the Head of Marketing by influencing marketing strategy formulation and promote a strong sales orientation for the business through digital and e-commerce activities. Project Management & Execution: Manage and execute specific marketing projects associated with digital customer engagement such as the development of a customer portal, e-commerce penetration, and digital communications platforms. Work on a wider remit of offline marketing projects will also be required. Teamwork: Work closely with senior commercial and technical teams to develop strategies for digital lead development and communications. Market & Company Knowledge:Obtain internal and external market intelligence that lead to effective marketing decision-making and investment. Brand Management: With Kingspan as the master brand, instil a confidence and market leadership branding position. Promote sub-brands/secondary brands correctly with clear positioning and understanding of offering and values of those brands. Communication:Develop effective communication plans as part of our integrated marketing communication strategy. Exploit and optimise the capability of all media to develop business in our B2B environment. Digital: Lead the digital strategy and implementation of key marketing projects, including website development, SEO optimisation, and targeted digital campaigns. Use analytics to enhance online visibility, improve user experience, and drive customer engagement. Project Management & Execution: Manage and execute specific marketing projects such as a new product launch, a rebrand or integration of a company, a specific programme on new codes and regulations, merchant and installer promotions programme will require detailed plans with effective project management and execution. Team Development:Coach individuals to enhance marketing performance and provide professional leadership and development in a cooperative environment. Work with other functions and disciplines, promote cross-functional working linked to brands and integrated marketing activities. Trade Show Events & Exhibitions: Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of trade shows and exhibitions, working with stakeholders to ensure events align with brand standards, drive engagement, and achieve commercial objectives. TACTICS YOU AND THE TEAM ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR: 1. Budget control and reporting on investment, return and impact. 2. Continuous day-to-day commercial/technical team support to improve the stakeholder experience. 3. Event planning and co-ordination Tradeshows, customer entertainment, roadshows, etc. 4. Promote and adhere to our excellent customer service principals. 6. Literature, presentation, advertising, web and PR optimisation. 7. Digital marketing/communications to improve customer journey on multiple touchpoints. 8. Campaign delivery on specific market sectors/segments product groups, brands and services. 9. Evaluate market research and adapt plans to changing market requirements. 10. Management of leads and use of CRM for marketing purposes. 11. Management of agencies/partners in the most effective and efficient manner 12. Ability to travel to visit customers and company offices in the EU and internationally 13. Adhere to the Marketing Integrity Manual procedures in accordance with the SKEB level achieved.
