The Role:
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a Pensions Associate (2+ years PQE) to join one of the UK's most respected pensions teams. The successful candidate will work on complex and high-profile pensions matters for a diverse array of clients, including employers, trustees, and public bodies. The role offers exposure to cutting-edge developments in pensions law, with a focus on areas such as automatic enrolment, pension regulation and tax, public sector pensions, and pensions disputes.
The team's reputation as a go-to advisor in the sector provides the opportunity to work on industry-leading projects, including tools like the Pensions Schemes Act Triage Tool, launched in 2021 to help clients navigate the Pensions Regulator's powers. Key Responsibilities:
* Advising clients on all aspects of pensions law, including transactions, regulatory issues, and contentious matters.

The Ideal Candidate:
* 2+ years PQE in pensions law, with experience in advising on pensions-related transactions, regulatory issues, and contentious matters.
