After school playworker – SEND support Contract: 6.5 hours per week. Monday to Wednesday – 3:30-5pm - Term time only, initially until July 2025 Salary: Band C £22,737-£23,500 pro rata depending on experience. We are seeking to appoint an excellent Playworker, to provide specific support to identified SEND pupils, joining our experienced and passionate before and after school provision – Acorns. You will be supporting an individual child/ children (as required), who has an identified special educational need, including Downs Syndrome or Autism. The role will entail you providing specific support for children’s communication, social interaction and play skills, as well as providing support for children’s self-care and toileting needs.
