Job Purpose
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support to the HR function while ensuring business as usual work continues with minimal impact. The business is undergoing significant change, including the transition to a HR Information System (HRIS).
This role is ideal for someone starting their HR career who wants to gain strong administrative experience in a fast-paced environment. It offers exposure to working in a Group setting with multiple businesses reporting into central functions.
Job Details:
* Hourly Rate: £12.21 per hour
* Working Week: Monday to Friday
* Working Hours: 08:00 am - 5:00 pm
* Duration: 3-month FTC
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in transitioning from hard copy to electronic personnel files.
* Perform audit checks to ensure legal compliance.
* Maintain filing processes on the personnel drive for easy document access.
* Support the HR Coordinator with administrative tasks related to HRIS implementation.
* Perform other administrative duties as required by management.
Person Specification
* Proficient with technology
* Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
* Knowledge of HR legislation is advantageous
* Excellent organizational skills
* Problem-solving ability
* Resilient and adaptable
* Maintains confidentiality at all times
