We are working with a rapidly expanding, Private Equity-backed SaaS organisation that is revolutionising the way businesses engage with innovative digital solutions. With a focus on driving data-driven success and an ambitious growth trajectory, the company is looking to strengthen its finance team by creating a newly created FP&A Manager role.
The successful candidate will play a key role in driving FP&A processes to support the business’s growth objectives. You will work closely with senior leaders across the organisation, providing critical insights, analysis, and recommendations that will help steer strategic decisions and optimise financial performance. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a high-impact role within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
* Developing and maintaining financial models to support decision-making and long-term planning.
* Preparing and presenting insightful financial analysis and performance reports to senior management and stakeholders.
* Driving the tracking and analysis of key financial metrics, ensuring they align with business performance targets.
* Supporting strategic business initiatives by providing detailed financial insights and recommendations.
* Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, particularly finance, operations, and sales, to drive financial performance.
* Identifying trends, risks, and opportunities through in-depth analysis of financial data, and suggesting actionable strategies.
* Assisting in the development of financial systems and processes to scale with the company’s growth.
Key Requirements:
* ACA or CIMA Qualified Accountant.
* A strong background in FP&A, financial analysis, or management accounting, ideally within a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
* Experience with financial modelling, budgeting, and forecasting in a fast-paced, high-growth organisation.
* Solid understanding of SaaS business models, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
