You will achieve this through completing audits and evaluating practice against our excellent practice model. Your role will also include mentoring, supporting, and training others to support children and families to receive the best service we can offer.
The successful candidates will be passionate about giving the children and young people of Birmingham the best start in life.
We are looking for people who are:
1. Professionally curious
2. Able to celebrate great practice
3. Able to hold difficult conversations to improve the services we offer
We want you to be enthusiastic, organised, and solution-focused with a strengths-based approach.
