Location: Niddrie, Edinburgh
Start Date: ASAP
Hours of work: 20 hours per week Monday - Friday
Hourly Rate: £13.48 per hour
Role Information:
The Customer Contact Adviser will play a crucial role in providing and collecting information related to various customer contacts.
Responsibilities:
* Interact with residents face-to-face, addressing their inquiries and providing assistance.
* Welcoming customers.
* Checking candidates in.
* Providing a ticket for appointments.
* Take payments, process service requests, and manage customer information accurately.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure effective service delivery.
* Ensure customer contacts are handled with efficiency and a focus on customer satisfaction.
* Stay up-to-date with relevant information and policies to provide accurate assistance.
Requirements:
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Previous customer service experience preferred.
* Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
