Opportunity We’re looking for a motivated Project Coordinator to provide efficient and effective administrative support to our AV Projects team. Good communications skills are critical to ensure business deliverables are met. Main duties Creating and populating folders for Projects Creating Cost to Complete(CTC) spreadsheets per project based on quotes Creating accurate purchase order requests (PORs) Tracking and updating order fulfilment, ensuring status is maintained in the CTC Correctly filing all relevant project information Assisting in completing and distributing Health and Safety RAMs Working closely with our Warehouse team and suppliers on order deliveries Working in accordance with the defined Project Management processes Providing project information to Engineers via Teams folders, including documentation, drawings, equipment specifications, etc. Essential Knowledge of MS Teams, Sharepoint, Excel Attention to detail Solid organisational and administrative skills Experience working in a similar PM/Administration role Solid communication skills Able to multi-task and organise workload A team player with a high level of dedication Ability to meet strict deadlines Thrives in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated Determined and driven to succeed Able to work well individually and as part of a team Desirable Degree or HNC in relevant business subject Experience in a PM/Administration role A general interest in technology What you’ll get in return A collaborative and agile working environment with high levels of autonomy Group life insurance Defined Contribution Company Pension Scheme 32-days paid holiday Please send your CV to CareersHutchison-t.com for consideration in the first instance.
