Job Description
New Directions Education are looking to appoint an experienced and professional School Administrator, to join our team of school support staff and provide integral office support to schools in the Swansea area.
The roles available are both long and short-term temporary, covering internal staff absences such as sickness and maternity. All applicants must be available to work full-time, 8:30am – 4pm, Monday-Friday, term-time only.
Our clients are seeking hardworking, organised, and adaptable individuals, with experience using the School Information Management System (SIMS). Previous experience managing school finances is also highly desirable.
The successful candidate must be confident working independently, as the role will require working in different schools in the area, overseeing the day-to-day running of the busy school office.
Duties will include:
1. Receptionist duties such as answering the phone and welcoming visitors
2. Dealing with school meals administration, ordering stationary, paying invoices, handling monies, printing and photocopying and managing school systems like SIMS.
