Care Managers Responsibilities:
1. It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to run the day-to-day running of the service through the Policies, training, supervision and guidance provided by Guardian Angel Care.
2. It is the responsibility of the Care Manager to support the aims and objectives of Guardian Angel Care in line with the CQC.
3. Achieving a high level of quality in the service provided to the Service Users in accordance with Guardian Angel Care's Quality Assurance Policy.
4. Assist in marketing the services provided by Guardian Angel Care to potential carers, Service Users, Health Professionals, and other agencies.

Experience:
1. Care Management: 2 years (preferred).
2. Domiciliary Care: 2 years (preferred).
Licence/Certification:
1. Full UK Driving Licence (preferred).
2. NVQ L5 or equivalent (preferred).
