We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor. Your role will involve dealing with our Fiat Group service customers (Fiat, Abarth, Fiat LCV, Alfa Romeo, and Jeep) in our busy dealership, supporting both customers and the workshop. Meeting and greeting customers, mainly retail and some trade, requires excellent communication skills, manners, diplomacy, and personality to represent the company service department. Computer and digital understanding skills are important, and having a little vehicle interest will certainly help. We are willing to train an enthusiastic candidate who possesses the basic skills and attitude needed, even if they may lack specific automotive experience. We also offer the advantage of manufacturer online training courses to boost your confidence. Gender is genuinely not an issue.
