Overall Purpose
At BK Plus we are seeking an Insolvency Case Administrator to join our growing team. As an accountancy firm on a rapid growth plan through acquisition, we are looking for an Insolvency Case Administrator to join the team.
Brief Job Description
Running your own portfolio of insolvency cases from inception to completion (all case types) including (but not limited to):
* Preparing documentation in accordance with statutory requirements
* Corresponding with directors (with Case Manager support)
* Corresponding with creditors and debtors
* Attending site and any associated matters
* Liaising with solicitors and agents
* Assisting with the development and implementation of strategies to maximise recoveries in insolvency cases
* Undertaking investigations into directors’ conduct and company affairs (including financial analysis)
* Distributions to creditors/shareholders
* Management of case diaries/tasks and case progression
* Collaborating with Case Managers to ensure cases are progressed in a timely and compliant manner
* Providing guidance and support to less experienced members of the team
* Delegating work to others as and when required
* Collaborating with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiencies
* Participating in training sessions and professional development activities
* Demonstrating a strong commitment to ethical and transparent conduct in all interactions
