Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and Inspire : Manage a small team of practice trainers to deliver a range of clinical skills and simulation training programs across all NCA sites.
2. Maintain Standards : Ensure all training is up to date, evidence-based, and meets the highest standards of education.
3. Collaborate and Evaluate : Peer review educational programs for coworkers and direct reports, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
4. Innovate : Create and develop new training initiatives to address the evolving needs of healthcare professionals.
5. Facilitate Learning : Organize training across diverse settings to support ongoing staff development in clinical practice.
6. Govern and Improve : Establish appropriate governance structures around training and develop improvement action plans in partnership with stakeholders.
