The Role
This is a busy role, some of the tasks are as follows:
1. Sending and receiving invoices
2. Receiving calls into the office from customers and suppliers and dealing with their queries
3. Keeping personnel records up to date
4. Organising various health and safety and audit administration
5. Dealing with various office management tasks, such as office facilities and insurance
The Ideal Candidate
Your character will be organised with a high attention to detail and high standards. You will care about what you do and own your tasks, as you would expect when working with a small business. The office is down to earth and the team is great.
Additional Information
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Benefits include free on-site parking and an annual bonus.
