Business Development & Partnerships Manager/ Head of
Compensation: 35k+ Base + Equity + Monthly Commission + Annual Bonus

Breathe Payments are a fast-growing fintech card payments & Epos business with a focus on new tech payment products.
This is an exciting new role which will help to drive customer acquisition & sales via the partner channel & to also drive small corporate clients / other commercial initiatives. You will initially be responsible for establishing new partnerships, developing business opportunities, & driving overall business growth.
The aim is for this role to quickly move to a Head of level role as we grow the team - significantly contributing to the overall strategy & direction of the business & becoming an equity partner.
Key Responsibilities
* Help devise & execute the sales & partnerships strategy
* Close deals to generate sales via incoming leads generated from marketing activity
* Identify, recruit & onboard new sales partners via social networking tools
* Identify, recruit & onboard new software business partners via research & networking
* Drive revenue via commercial initiatives such as business lending products
* Provide regular updates on business development activities, including market insights, potential partnerships, & customer insights to inform strategic decisions
* Build, develop & manage a growing sales team, ensuring individuals are motivated, appropriately trained & delivering against agreed targets
* Build & maintain relationships with key industry players, expanding our customer network & enhancing our visibility in the market.
Skills / Experience Required
* 2+ years of card payments or Epos experience is essential
* 3+ years of experience in a commercial or business development role, ideally within the card payments or Epos space
* Understanding of e-commerce card payment sector
* Management / leadership experience preferred
* Proven track record of identifying market opportunities & developing partnerships
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, & a friendly collaborative style
* Strong analytical skills & the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies
* Understanding of technology
