Job Title: Team Manager Social Worker – Children and Families

Rate: £40.00
What will your responsibilities be?
You will support the Locality Team by managing a bustling team to deliver high-quality services to children and families. You will ensure all customer service targets are met and work collaboratively with other managers across Children’s Services and the wider health and social care system to maximize outcomes for service users. You will refer for relevant assessments as required, such as Care Act Assessment, Human Rights Assessment, Risk Assessment, and Carers Assessment, to support individuals with complex needs. You will provide expert social care advice and support to a team of social care professionals, ensuring that all enquiries are completed in a timely way and transferred to other teams when appropriate. Additionally, you will provide operational leadership and support as directed by the Team Manager to ensure the service achieves its Key Performance Indicators.

Qualifications and Experiences:
To be eligible for this role, you must have Social Work England registration and be eligible to work in the UK. Additionally, you need to hold a valid UK driver’s license and possess post-qualification experience. A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work is also required.
