Night Manager
Salary up to £30,000 (dependent on experience)
We are North Leeds Hotel currently looking to recruit a highly professional and enthusiastic Night Manager.The roles requires you to deal with clients and colleagues in an efficient and helpful manner and promote our services and facilities at every opportunity.
The successful candidate must have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be an effective communicator, be organised, methodical, and able to work to strict deadlines. Hotel experience in a similar role and knowledge of OPERA are essential.
JOB SUMMARY
Your tasks as Night Manager will include but are not limited to:
* Ensure an efficient reception experience for our guests including checking guests in/out, early morning calls, preparing and serving food and drink overnight and early morning breakfasts.
* Completion of night audit procedures.
* Keeping a high degree of presence in the reception lobby and lounge areas whilst on duty maintaining standards of cleanliness and service
* Ensuring all security and fire procedures/floor walks are completed.
* Ensuring that all cleaning duties are completed by the team to the required standard and rooms are set up according to the function sheets.
* Having an excellent product awareness and knowledge of the local area, promoting this within the team.
* Ensure external and internal customers are made to feel welcome at all times
* Ensure all enquiries either in person or on the telephone are dealt with professionally and courteously and the information given is accurate
* Maintain excellent standards of service and presentation at Hotel reception.
