WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING The Supplier Quality Engineer supports to the organization by providing experience in quality assurance to suppliers for future projects and current production. Is responsible for implementing, controlling, and documenting systems and procedures that will ensure quality and efficiency of the products and services purchased by CPI. The Supplier Quality Engineer will have a direct impact on our CPI group, responsible for: - Implement strategies with suppliers of the "Commodity" to meet the standards of quality-measure, control and improve quality in plant performance trends. (Weekly meetings). - Solution of plant quality issues and the assigned suppliers-related customer complaints. - Ensure the development and goals of their direct reports. - Provide Supplier Quality Assurance support to R & D, engineering and manufacturing MEI on changes and improvements of design processes. - Implement policies and procedures of Supplier Quality Assurance to ensure good manufacturing practices with designated suppliers, and regulatory requirements are met for products manufactured by the supplier. WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR You will bring troubleshooting techniques (8Ds, 5Why, Ishikawa etc), advanced statistics (interpret control charts, graphics XR ability studies), improvement of processes with suppliers, management of suppliers (negotiation, communication) with well demonstrated success in ISO 9001, Project Management. Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent. - Advance English Level. - Experience in Geometric Tolerances, troubleshooting techniques (8Ds, 5Why, Ishikawa etc), advanced statistics (interpret control charts, graphics XR ability studies), improvement of processes with suppliers, management of suppliers (negotiation, communication). - Desirable Knowledge: ISO 9001, Project management, electronic knowledge.
