Requirements for the Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer role:
* Must be a Registered Nurse on an Allied Healthcare Professional
* Experience of investigative processes
* Strong knowledge of safeguarding, HR processed, healthcare regulations and legislation
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to present findings in a concise manner
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

You will be joining one of the country's leading specialist healthcare providers. The role with be covering two Care Homes within their Learning Disability and Autism division, in the Cumbria region.

The role of a Regional Investigation and Improvement Officer within the company involves:
* Carrying out investigations and presenting findings to internal and external panels, at tribunals and inquests
* Continuously improving the company's understanding of care delivery issues
* Identifying, evaluating and implementing improvements
* Ensuring the services are complaint with legislations and health and safety
* Maintaining and promoting the health and safety across all sites and taking action where appropriate
* Encourage continuous improvement and development
