Our client is looking to recruit a Unit Manager to be an integral part of their Care home and ensure their residents are living their best lives!
£13.11/hour (Days); Double Time for Bank Holidays.
Guaranteed hours - 42hr/week contract available.

As a Unit Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of a specific unit at the home. You will be responsible for ensuring high standards of care, managing a small team of Carers and maintaining compliance with Health and Safety regulations. The role involves coordinating care plans, monitoring resident outcomes, administering medication and liaising with families to ensure the well-being and comfort of residents.

* Someone who is eager to learn and understands the demands of being a Care Assistant.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication skills, and a compassionate approach are essential to create a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff. Experience in administering and overseeing medication and you must have an NVQ Level 2.
