The vacant post is a full-time position working 37 hours per week. If so, we would love to hear from you Job description The successful post holder will provide comprehensive and efficient administration and secretarial support to one or more departments of Research and Clinical Innovation (RCI). This includes completion of ad hoc administrative duties when required using appropriate software and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels. Person specification Main details of the role include but are not limited to: Providing full administrative and secretarial support to the department(s) to fulfil the departmental role(s). Provide administrative support to Research Themed Working Group meetings. Including room bookings, collating agendas, minute writing and hybrid meeting management Process travel documentation and arrange accommodation for the appropriate individuals, liaising where necessary with other departments and organisation. Provide administrative support for RCI courses including set up, liaising with stakeholders and effective planning of courses Receiving and assisting visitors on behalf of the department(s). Process incoming and outgoing mail, including the use of protective markings. Maintaining up-to-date diaries using Microsoft software, arranging meetings, and ensuring that appropriate paperwork is made available.
