Position: French speaking Cover Supervisor Location: Sheffield Employment Type: Full-Time, Long-Term Industry: Education and Training Salary: Pay to Scale, starting from the beginning of the assignment Job Description: Responsibilities: Facilitate engaging and effective French language lessons for students Cover and supervise French lessons in the absence of the Class Teacher Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Cultivate a positive and inclusive learning environment Supervise students during teacher absences as a cover supervisor Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is desirable but not mandatory Fluency in both French and English languages Education: Bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field Experience: Prior experience teaching French language is preferred Experience working in a school setting Knowledge and Skills: Thorough understanding of the UK education system Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Effective classroom management skills Preferred Qualifications: Additional language certifications Proficiency with virtual learning platforms All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
