Hays are supporting a leading healthcare technology business based on the outskirts of Norwich who are searching for amunity Marketing Manager to join their team. Reporting into the Brand Manager, this role will play a key part in translating key messages into meaningful content for social and PR channels.
Your new role
As themunity Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the voice of the brand. You will be responsible for nurturing themunity across various performance channels, fostering meaningful interactions, and ensuring a positive brand image. Additionally, you will craft persuasive and authentic copy that captivates the audience and drives engagement. Other responsibilities will include:
1. Create apelling and relevant content strategy for the brand's online platforms, including social media.
2. Crafting clear, engaging, and concisemunication materials that are relevant to the audience.
3. Develop, deliver and grow an advocacy programme to support acquisition growth.
4. Establish relationships with influencers, press, and media personalities to secure mentions for the brand.
5. Collaborate with the Brand Manager to develop integratedmunication strategies that support advocacy and customer engagement.
6. Serve as a brand spokesperson.
7. Monitor and analyse engagement metrics to evaluate the impact of advocacy efforts and content strategies.
8. Stay current on national news and industry trends to inform content creation and advocacy strategies that resonate with a national audience.
9. Manage budgets and resources for advocacy programs and content creation projects.
10. Mentor team members on advocacy messaging andmunity engagement strategies.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful for this role, you will need previous experience in a marketing ormunications position, with strong knowledge of social media marketing and public relations (PR). You will have excellent verbal and writtenmunication skills and the ability to gather, interpret, and leverage data to make informed decisions. It is key that you can create engaging content and activities that resonate withmunity members. You will be efficient at managing tasks, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery ofmunity initiatives and responses.

11. Salary £30,000 - 35,000 per annum
12. Hybrid working - 3 days in the office, 2 from home.
