Spencer Clarke Group are seeking a Sales Support Officer for a Local Authority Client based in West London. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and customer support to the Commercial Waste team, ensuring smooth service operations, accurate data management, and excellent customer service. Key Duties: Answer calls, respond to emails, process documents, and maintain accurate records. Liaise with contractors, track sales, update databases, and resolve customer issues. Advise customers on payments, process Waste Transfer Notices, and assist with debt recovery. Maintain sales reports, monitor service performance, and ensure compliance with policies. Qualifications and Experience: The successful candidate will have the following skills / experience: Experience in handling correspondence, managing data entry, maintaining records, and providing proactive customer service and financial advice. Strong ability to liaise with internal teams, external contractors, and customers to ensure service accuracy, resolve issues, and ensure compliance with regulations. Skilled in managing accounts, processing payments, assisting with debt recovery, and ensuring compliance with legal documentation like Waste Transfer Notices. Proficient in resolving customer complaints, and contributing to service delivery goals while ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
