Now seeking an exceptional, passionate Account Manager to join their dynamic team.
They need someone who thrives off working in a high-pressure environment and is prepared to roll up their sleeves and lead by example. You will act as the bridge between the client and the agency, ensuring the client’s needs and expectations are being met.
Job Role
1. Handle client accounts, taking overall responsibility for the client to agency relationship
2. Manage client expectations through effective communication, efficient problem solving and responding to client requests accordingly
3. Take briefs directly from the client
4. Pitch and present creative work
5. Ensure project deadlines and budgets and adhered to, seeking approval for any variations
6. Seek opportunities to grow client accounts through new business potential
7. Report on financial targets quarterly
8. Stay up to date with relevant market trends, which make impact your accounts
9. Oversee internal project teams and key project milestones
10. Keep accurate records of meetings, decisions and next steps
11. Negotiate contracts and quotations with client teams and relevant stakeholders
Skills and Experience
12. Confident and assertive, but a team player who leads by example
13. Demonstrated track record of client relationship development within an agency environment
14. Proven experience in retail projects
15. Have strong organisational and numeracy skills
16. Excellent negotiation skills
17. Good interpersonal and communication skills
18. Be proactive and efficient and able to work on your own initiative
19. Self-motivated, positive, trustworthy with good level of energy and enthusiasm
