What’s involved?
As a breakfast chef, you will be responsible for cooking and presenting a variety of hot dishes to order, whilst setting up the cold offering. You will also ensure that the kitchen is clean and organised, and that food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Qualifications:
To be successful as a breakfast chef, you should have previous experience in a similar role, as well as culinary skills and knowledge of different cuisines and dietary requirements. You should also be able to work under pressure, multitask, and communicate effectively with other staff members and guests. You should be available to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
