About the Role: J is a male in his mid-thirties and has rather limited communication skills. J can benefit with support with additional support with making choices. J enjoys spending time at home, watching Disney, enjoying a takeaway and relaxing with his staff. J enjoys going for walks and going out for a drive. Family is very important to J and his family visits weekly. J can sometimes find the world a confusing and scary place, so needs a staff team who is considerate, compassionate and has the patience to support him with his anxieties.
