Job summary Children's Complex Needs Nurse - Band 6 - 37.5 hours Rowan House, Hyde An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within the ISCAN team (Integrated Service for Children with Additional Needs). It involves offering nursing, therapy and support to children with additional needs and their family as part of a multi-agency team. You will work in a variety of settings including clinics, schools and children's homes. Main duties of the job You will have experience of working with children with complex healthcare needs and their families and have good communication skills. Applicants must have the experience to provide, implement and manage training packages for children with complex needs, as well as the ability to carry our other complex needs nursing duties as required. Applicants should be flexible, reliable, enthusiastic and able to adapt to various situations and conditions.
