You will be a dedicated and motivated professional ready to contribute to the development of new strategies to improve the delivery and quality of ESOL teaching and learning for our 16-19 and adult cohorts. You will have a relevant qualification for teaching English as a Second Language (For example CELTA/Cert TESOL etc). In addition, you must possess a recognised Level 5/6 teaching qualification (PGCE/CertEd) or display a willingness to work towards achieving this. About the person You will be an enthusiastic, flexible and innovative teacher with experience of delivering ESOL to a wide range of students. Excellent administration and interpersonal skills together with a commitment to working effectively as part of a team are also essential in this role.
