Sales Support Advisor - 23,000 to 25,000pa – Brighton (BN2), West Sussex

This proven business has been operating now for over 15 years and has now grown to 75 dynamic members across its sector – a team of Sales, Operations and Management staff. They are now seeking another valuable candidate to join an ever-growing team!
As a Sales Support Advisor, you’re the key figurehead in auditing Sales and submitting contracts / paperwork to the relevant Suppliers – This may include gathering further information and providing extra support to the teams Energy Consultants where needed.
In this role, its important you are an adaptable yet strong communicator in an ever-changing environment. The role will also vary depending on workload, so an ability to multitask and prioritise tasks where needed is a “must!”
Main Duties: -
* CRM management
* Sales Auditing and processing
* Contract and Paperwork submission
* Reporting SLAs where necessary
* Chasing Customer correspondence & pipeline updates
* Regular Liaising with the Sales Management Team
* General Administration & Error checking
Ideal candidate:
* Work Experience in a Sales Support / Sales Administrator function – Ideally an Energy or Utility Broker
* Passion for customer services
* Excellent Communicator – this is important when liaising with Sales personnel
* Strong Administrative and office skills
* Within radius of Brighton (BN2) – 5 to 10 miles ideal
* High attention to detail
